We’re Paul & Nick, and between us we bring decades of hands-on experience across a wide range of properties.

Paul has over 30 years’ experience working in property maintenance and management, including student HMO accommodation, care homes, commercial properties and hotels.

Throughout his career, Paul has been responsible for keeping properties safe and compliant, managing and scheduling PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance), dealing with reactive maintenance, and overseeing refurbishments and improvement projects.

Nick brings over 8 years of professional maintenance experience, including working as a Field Service Engineer specialising in white goods. His background spans luxury apartments, hotels, and student accommodation, with extensive hands on experience in reactive and planned maintenance keeping properties safe, functional and well presented.

Combining strong technical knowledge with a professional and reliable approach, Nick is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent service.
